dial tone will be on line 1 or middle pins of rj11

convert any rj11 device to better high quality test clips

nice emergency test clips

You could buy a cheap dollar store phone and convert it to a butt/test set

will work with any type of terminal that needs dial tone and you have no jack to plug into

don't be mad when your tone has cheap clips and won't stay on the phone block

with a rj-11 coupler you could come off of your existing tone

 Clip will hold tight on a 66 block (and not short out)

You can punch a jumper on a 110 block and hook to the jumper with the bed of nails

if you need to tone a larger cable (18/2) you can use the single piercing nail
