All Sales are Final, returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is DOA, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item. If for any reason you are being issued a refund, the shipping charges will not be refunded in any circumstances. You must notify us within 14 days upon receiving your item.
We will only issue a full refund under the following circumstances:

3. The item is damaged.
If you would like to return your items due any one of the three reasons above,
and that you notify us within 14 days upon receiving your item,
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and we will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
All returned items must be in its original package, with its original content intact in order to be eligible for a full or a partial refund.
