Here's a new Ignition Coil, it's a Non-Ballast coil and suits the following models from Triumph -

Triumph Herald (Jan 61 onwards)

Triumph TR2
Trimuph TR3
Triumph TR4
Triumph TR4a
Triumph TR5
Triumph TR6           (Only up to Dec 74 (Chassis Number CR1 or CF1). Later TR6's use a Ballast coil- See my other listing).

This function of this coil is to generate the 000's of volts required by your spark plugs, they deteriorate with age and the insulation between the wires inside can breakdown and therefore the coil needs replacing once in a while.

(I also have other Coils, Leads, Points, Condensers, Caps and some Full Ignition Sets).
