- We ship worldwide.
- For orders shipped out of the country. When we ship out of the USA
we will provide a USPS tracking number but does not get tracked once it is out
of the jurisdiction of the USA. Final delivery is the buyers responsibility not
the sellers. You have the option of having it sent VIA Priority mail but it is
more expensive.
- Items Will be Shipped by UPS Ground or USPS on the Same or Next Business day of receiving full payment
- UPS or USPS Tracking Number will be provided
Returns Policy
- Your satisfaction is our main concern at Catoctin Distributors. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item for a refund within 30 days.
- The Item being returned must be unopened, not used and in the same condition as shipped.
- We will refund your money less shipping charges. Shipping charges will be refunded if you are shipping back a damaged item or the item was not what you ordered.
- We charge a 15% re-stock fee.
- We will usually waive the re-stock fee if you would like to exchange the item for another item.

- PayPal is Preferred and Accepted
- Credit Cards are accepted but must be ran through our merchant account on PayPal. You must give us your credit type, VISA, MC. Etc. Exact name on card. Card number and the CSV code on the back of the card.
- If buying multiple items please do not check out until you are finished as this will help us make sure all your items will be shipped in the same Package.
- Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.
Guarantee
- We guarantee our items to arrive to you in a new workable condition. If it is not please let us know with in 14 days so we can arrange a refund or exchange. We cannot accept a returned item that is used. Some of our items carry a manufacturers warranty. In that case you need to contact them for your problem.
