Shipping time depending on shipping carriers (usps, fedex), however delivery time is usually around 1-7 business days for domestic buyer and 5-14 business days for international buyer. excluding weekends and national holidays.

All of our product come with full 1 year warranty from the purchase date (excluding physical/cosmetic damage caused by external force or improper usage) and 45 days defective on arrival refund period. if you found any defect on our product and wish to exchange, refund or need to process warranty, simply email us with your original ebay item# or your paypal payment transaction id# and stating the problem. we will then assign a return authorization number (rma#) for the return (to help speed up the process). All defective exchange will be new unit replacement.
