We describe the item to the best of our ability; we are not experts and can make mistakes in the listing. If there are any questions that the pictures or description do not answer or there is something else wrong with the item please feel free to send a message and let us know. PAYMENT: All payments must be made within seven days after the auction has ended.  If this is a problem or you are bidding on another item please let us know, or a nonpayment case will be opened. It is also possible to combine invoices.  Please be advised that all New York residence must pay sales tax unless you have a Resale Certificate which would require a ST-120 form to be filed with us.  WE DO NOT TAKE OFFERS ON AUCTIONS; PLEASE WAIT FOR THE AUCTION TO END BEFORE SENDING US ANY OFFERS!

SHIPPING: We will ship all items the cheapest way possible unless asked otherwise. We ask all our buyers to ask for insurance on their items; especially the total is over $100. We are NOT responsible if the Post Office or UPS loses or damages a package that is NOT insured. Please be advised that EBay’s shipping calculator is not the best, so there is a possibility that we may ask for additional funds to meet the cost to ship your item(s). We do combine shipments and discount postal charges for multiple purchases, but please WAIT for a revised invoice before making any payments. We try to ship every day, although sometimes every other day.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship certain items worldwide at our discretion, please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an item so we may allow bids from your country.  Sorry for this inconvenience but due to high shipping costs on certain items we will only allow bidding once shipping terms and fees have been discussed. All items will be shipped either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no returns or refunds on international shipments. So if you are interested, please contact us and we will gladly help with any questions.

RETURNS:  Returns are accepted on all domestic shipped items unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and a refund will be sent as soon as we receive the item back.

INSURANCE: If insurance is NOT asked for then the item will be shipped at Buyer's RISK!  If there is a handling fee, it will be contributed to insurance chargers.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY, PLEASE CONTACT US, AND NOT EBAY, BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WE ARE ONLY HUMAN AND CAN MISS THINGS WHEN DESCRIBING AN ITEM, BUT ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO DESCRIBE THE ITEM ACCURATELY.
