We generally print shipping labels out through PayPal.Please make sure your shipping address with PayPal and eBay are correct.We are happy to combine items for shipping at cost. EBay's automatic invoice through checkout will only add the shipping costs together,and is usually more expensive.

1.All items will be shipped within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment.Before you pay,please make sure your address in PAYPAL matches the address you would like us to ship to.If your shipping address is different from those in PayPal, please  revise your shipping address before paying or write your correct shipping address in your PayPal note.

2.We send to USA via UPS , usually needs 3-6 days . Ship outside USA ,we will choose China Post Airmail, usually needs 15-25 days.with the tracking number online.We try our best to provide you the most reliable and affordable way of shipping service.However buyers must take the risk of lost/broken!

3.Sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and post service.If you do not receive your item on time,please contact us immediately for further assistance.

(3).Return Policy

We try our best to describe the item as accurately as possible.If an item is not described properly,please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for return arrangement.Buyer should check the package once receiving.If the package is damaged during the freight,please refuse to sign for the package and it will be returned to us.Then contact us promptly.

3.Defective goods must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

(4).Warranty

1.we warrant the Faucets with leak and drip problems free during normal residential use for a period of eight (8) years. If the Faucet should leak or drip during normal use, we will, free of charge, mail to the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the Faucet in good working condition.

2.we also warrant all other aspects of the faucet or accessories ("Faucet")*, (except gold, non-chrome finishes) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for eight (8) years from date of purchase. If a defect is found in normal residential use,we will,at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.we're not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs.

3.If the Faucet is used commercially, we warrant the Faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is purchased. And if the finish is gold, non-chrome or a painted or powder coated color finish, we warrant the Faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) year from the date the product is purchased.

4.If you believe that you have a warranty claim, please email us and  be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number and the date the product was purchased. Also include the copy of your original order confirmation.
