This uses a standard 1157/1057 12v tailight bulb,
at any autoparts store.

this uses a small, dual filament tailight/brakelight bulb-6v standard
(or 12v application with bulb swap)

 
this unit comes shipped with a 6v bulb,
so if you have a 6v setup you don't have to change bulbs.


the body is the ground on this tail light assembly.
