Postage
All of my listing prices include FREE 2nd class postage to the UK. If you would like your items sent by 1st class, you can simply choose the 1st class postage option at checkout for 30p.
All of my multi variation listings include free postage on larger quantities. However, if you would like to buy several items from different listings, please select your items and then request an invoice before paying. I will adjust your invoice to reflect combined purchases. I am not able to adjust or refund your invoice after you have paid.
All items are sent out on the same or next working day.
Some of my hand-made items require resin to set overnight. In the case of personalised items, these cannot be made up in advance.
Overseas buyers from Europe please note that my listings all include a Standard International Airmail price and an international airmail delivery confirmation with tracking price (with Royal Mail.) Standard Airmail does NOT give a tracking number. I retain all proof of postage should there be any problems. If you would like a TRACKING NUMBER then please select the AIRMAIL WITH SHIPPING option at checkout. USA, Canada, Austalia and rest of world destinations: Please note I ONLY offer the international airmail WITH tracking option. I do combine shipping on international orders. At very busy times such as the run up to Christmas international shipping will take longer than the 7 working days specified by paypal and this is beyond my control.
