Many people love this traditional look, but if you feel the brass is getting dirty then you can clean your drawer pulls with lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials as they can scratch the surface of the brass. Ketchup and brown sauce make surprisingly good brass cleaner, but for a more radiant sheen, use a good quality brass polish.
