Shipping Charges I try to keep my shipping charges as low as possible while providing you with packaging that provides the best possible protection for your item. All items are shipped in new holders designed for long term storage and then appropriately packed in bubble mailers or corrugated packaging or both.

United States Shipments - going to all USPS locations will be sent with delivery confirmation and signature confirmation will be required for all items selling for $250 or more. Unless otherwise stated, for each additional item sent in the same shipment a nominal fee will be charged, generally 50c per item. Please wait for my combined invoice. However, if the total value of any combined shipping order exceeds $250 the minimum shipping charge to any U.S. destination will be $5.

International Shipments - Unfortunately, shipments to some countries seam to rarely get to their buyers and as a result and unless otherwise stated in the ad, shipments to NON-USA destinations in excess of $40 will require signature confirmation as a result of eBay/PayPal policy. Thus the item must be sent by at least Registered Mail with signature confirmation. The U.S. Postal Service charges $13.95 for registered mail plus $3.50 for signature confirmation plus postage which varies by weight and country. Other USPS delivery methods are much higher. The minimum $25 that I charge for Registered Mail International is actually less than my total cost. However, since insurance on Registered Mail International is limited to about $46, shipments in excess of $100 but less than $400 must be sent using other higher priced USPS services. The fees and services vary by country, weight and the amount to be insured. In addition, shipments in excess of $400 must be sent either by Priority Mail Express or Global Express Mail International (FedEx) with full insurance with costs starting at $62.95. Thus it is necessary that you contact me for a shipping quote before you place your bid. As an aid please note that the U.S. Postal Service maintains a website where you can get an idea of what the cost will be.
