Leather Hat Care :
It's recommended that you condition leather hats to maintain their shape and condition. Don't store it in extreme heat i.e. rear window of a hot car. Allow hats to dry naturally - don't use a heat source to dry them as it can lead to cracking.

Return Policy:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour we recommend that the buyer purchases another item and to send the previous item back for a refund. This will make the process of returning the item quicker and buyers are able to receive their products on time. Alternatively, if buyers directly return the items back to us without purchasing a new item they will have to wait approximately 1-2 weeks before we send out a replacement as we have a high volume of return parcels.
Returning for a refund:
If you would like to send the item back for a refund please add a note in the parcel with the buyer name, address, order number and reason for return. Please note buyers are refunded as soon as the parcels is received on our end. This can take within 14 working days.
