The Designers Consignment insists on receiving payment within 3 days of your purchase. Otherwise, we reserve the right to re-list the item for sale.
Shipping & Handling
Thank you for choosing The Designers Consignment. Our goal is to make sure all of our items are package and secure all of our items for transport to their new homes.
Please let us know in advance of purchase if you have special shipping needs or deadlines. If you are purchasing a large or delicate item, it could take a few weeks until you get your item.
We use white glove shipping for all of our large antiques, collectibles and designer pieces that cannot be shipped by standard carriers. This service is door to door and is at no additional charge to you. Our goal is to make sure your items arrive in one piece and in the same condition they left our showroom. Most of our items ship out same day, excluding items with odd/abnormal dimensions and freight items. We include insurance and tracking on all of our items and also offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE to ensure satisfaction. We also will combine shipping, provide storage and local pickup.
Concerns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you many return it within 14 days for a full refund. Just pay for return shipping. If there is an issue in shipping or we have made a mistake, please contact us right away so we can take full responsibility to resolve the situation.
