Order
Choose the size of bracelet and the charm
required from the drop-down box at the top of the listing and click on buy
it now and remember to add a note to your Paypal payment or send an ebay
message advising of the colour bead you require (if we do not receive your
choice of colour then it will be sent as in the listing display picture)
Please send us a message if you have any
special requirements ie, smaller/larger size or a charm or colour that is
not listed.
Your can choose which
postage method you require at the checkout, please note that standard
delivery will be 2nd class but you can upgrade to 1st class at this stage.
Payment and Shipping
Please make payment within 5
days of your order. Payment can be made via Paypal or Cheque. (Please note
that
e-Cheques and Cheques will
need clearance before orders are despatched).
International
buyers - please note Paypal is the only form of payment accepted and orders
are posted via standard Royal Mail Air Mail.
All orders are 'made to order'
and we aim aim to despatch within 24-48 hours (not including weekends) via
standard Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you require your order expedited please
message us and we will try our utmost to assist you. If you prefer 1st
class postage please choose this option at the checkout.

How soon
before we despatch your order?
Orders
are usually despatched within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
What
method of delivery do we use?
All
orders are despatched via standard Royal Mail 2nd class but you can upgrade
to 1st class or next day courier.
Our
Courier is FedEx which is usually next day delivery after collection from
us. Courier deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. The couriers
attempt delivery twice and will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery.
Unfortunately if you fail to contact them your parcel will be returned to us
and there will be an additional charge of £6.95 for re-delivery. If you feel
you may not be available to sign for your parcel please send us an
alternative delivery address ie a work or relatives address. Also, if you
feel your address may be difficult to locate it is a good idea to give us
brief directions as this saves time. A telephone number is required for all
courier deliveries.
What if
your parcel has not arrived?
Generally
we find the delivery times for Royal Mail are as follows:
2nd
Class: 2-5 Working Days
1st
Class: 1-3 Working Days
If you
consider your order is taking longer than anticipated please message us and
we will look into the matter. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost
until 15 days have passed.
Important: Sometimes
when the postman is unable to deliver a parcel they may leave it with a
neighbour or return it to your local sorting office for collection but a
note is not always left or it may get thrown away with junk mail. Please
double check in the first instance if it is with any neighbour or your
sorting office as invariably parcels can usually be traced quite quickly
this way. Any parcels left with the sorting office that are uncollected
will be returned to us and postage will need to be re-charged if they are to
be re-sent.
Courier
deliveries are generally next day delivery - this is the next working day
from the date of collection from us but if your parcel is sent on Friday
delivery will not be until the following Monday unless extra is paid for
Saturday delivery.
What if
your parcel arrives damaged?
We always
package our parcels with care and use quality packaging materials to ensure
a safe delivery. If, however, your parcel arrives with visible damage please
make this clear when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately if
the contents are damaged, this is very important as there is a very short
time frame to report damaged items to the couriers once it has been
delivered.
What if
you wish to cancel your order?
Orders can only be cancelled providing they have
not been despatched. If you wish to cancel after despatch you can return the
items for a refund as long as they remain undamaged, any p&p is
non-refundable in this instance.
What if
you wish to return your items?
Genuinely
faulty goods/incorrect orders will be replaced or money refunded, however we
must be advised of any faulty goods immediately upon receipt of the item -
please email us using the eBay messaging system. It is your responsibility
to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be
faulty/incorrect, we will also refund the postage (proof of your postage
costs will be required). Unless the returned items are faulty any p&p will
not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund given - we do not
charge any handling fee. All unwanted items must be intact and unused in
their original packaging for resale, please ensure you package the items
securely as damaged returns will not be refunded, you will need to claim
through the appropriate postal services. If unwanted returns were purchased
with free postage then any refund will have the appropriate postage costs
deducted from the final refund to you,
Will
we keep you informed as to progress of your order?
Yes, we
know it is important to keep in touch so we notify you at each stage your
order, confirmation of order/payment, when your order is being processed and
finally despatched (please note that when we print off your order, eBay send
you a despatch notification however this is when we will start to prepare
your order - despatch is usually 24-48 hours of this date). We will let you
know immediately if any problems arise but this is very rare! We will only
use the eBay messaging system for communications.
Finally, your custom is very important to us - if you have any questions
or concerns please feel free to contact us. We respond to every message
received, if you do not receive a response within 24 hours please resend
your message as there may be a communication problem. Negative feedback is
very damaging for sellers, we are always keen to resolve any issues should
they arise, please message us first before leaving feedback.
