This is a "keepsake" badge for the Hungarian Land Forces, Artillery Division (during the Peoples Republic of Hungary). there were many versions of this kind of badge made for the Peoples Army, and they were meant to be a counterpart to "sweetheart wings".  it is 7/8" by 5/8" and enamelled red, white, blue, and green on brass.
