Vitamin D has several forms and it can be confusing. There are two forms that are considered important to human health; they are D2 and D3, Ergocalciferol and Cholecalciferol respectively.
What is Vitamin D for? And I thought you get Vitamin D from the Sun?
Vitamin D has important roles in maintaining correct blood calcium levels which is why it helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.
Vitamin D is a fat soluble Vitamin, other fat soluble Vitamins include A, E and K, because they are fat soluble they are stored in the body for a much longer period of time, and do not need to be consumed daily or in large quantities to maintain correct levels. It is therefore easier to take too much of a fat soluble Vitamin than a water soluble one.
Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone) is a type of Vitamin K. This vitamin contributes to normal blood clotting, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones Vitamin K can be found in many foods, such as: milk, spinach, cabbage and other green vegetables. Vitamin K is a fat soluble Vitamin, fat soluble Vitamins are stored in the body's fat tissue and can stay there a long time, potentially building to dangerous levels. This is why Vitamin A, D, E and K are found in small doses.
This supplement will help with the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, muscle function and growth.This tablet is an allergen it contains soy and should not be bought or consumed by anyone with an allergy.

Please note - we recommend the 500 and 1,000 tablet options for more than one person's use. This is to ensure that you can get full use of the product before its Expiry Date. For one person's use, we recommend the 120 or 240 tablet option.
