PAYMENT:

We accept payment by PAYPAL only.  Payment is expected within 4 days of auction closing and immediately when using the BUY IT NOW option.  If payment is not received within 4 days, an unpaid item report will be filed.  Unpaid items will be re-listed after the 8th day following the auction's end and the unpaid item claim will be closed.  Please remember that the quicker you pay, the quicker we can send you your item!

SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC

• All shipping costs are clearly displayed within the listing's shipping calculator.  You can access multiple shipping options by clicking on the "shipping and payments" tab and entering your zip code.  Please review these PRIOR to bidding.
• Items can typically be shipped within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment.  You will receive an email with tracking information.  Copies will be sent to your ebay my messages and your personal email account.  You can also obtain this information by clicking on order details within the ended auction listing
• All orders are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation included.  If an item is small enough, it may come tightly folded in a poly mailer or flat rate envelope.  If you prefer the item not be sent this way, please email your concern prior to payment for an adjustment in shipping costs (may slightly differ).

INTERNATIONAL

• International orders are shipped by first class, priority or express mail.  Whenever possible, combined shipping will be used to reduce cost, however, the combined shipping policy differs from the domestic policy in this listing.  Please contact us for a shipping quote.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your local customs office to determine what your customs charges will be, prior to bidding.  We will not falsify customs forms to show a lower sale price, nor will we mark items as gifts.  These behaviors are prohibited by the US government and postal service.
• Additional shipping will result for all items that you do not pick up upon delivery to your country or that are sent back to us.  Your are responsible for picking items up from customs or your local post office.

• We try our best to select items that are of the highest quality and condition.  We sell items ranging in condition from new to pre-owned and pristine to gently worn.  We utilize text and pictures to describe each item as honestly and as thoroughly as possible, noting any known imperfections such as holes, stains, missing buttons, flaws, etc.
• Items are kept in a smoke-free environment but keep in mind that many items are originally from the homes of others and may have faint odors.  If you have sensitivities to certain odors feel free to email us regarding information on specific items.
• All monitors display colors differently but we try our best to ensure that the photos and text relay the coloration of the item as thoroughly as possible.
• Some larger sized items are clipped in the back to represent desired fit.  Other items may also have been professionally altered for a more modern fit.  Because sizing differs between various designers, please review the item's measurements to ensure the best fit

RETURNS:

• We take great pride in describing our items as honestly and thoroughly as possible.  We inspect each piece for flaws and we provide detailed measurements of each item.  Although we mention any imperfections in our listings, please remember that new and pre-owned items can range in condition from pristine to gently worn. 
• We carefully measure each item by laying it out flat to ensure the best fit for you.  Please compare the measurements to the measurements of items you already own to ensure proper fit.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within three days of receipt of the item to inform us of your intent.  The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund equal to the purchase price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee.  Original shipping costs will not be credited and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Returns for items with free shipping will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost incurred by the seller (please contact us in advance for an exact quote).  Returned items must be in the exact/same condition as when received (tags still attached if applicable, etc).  The seller’s identifying mark will be verified prior to refund.  Please notify us of return shipment and wait for our response, prior to returning the item.
