The LW elbow strap provides the best relief from elbow pains caused by elbow tendonitis. The large and thick compression pad applies pressure to forearm muscles and tendons, relieving pains to the injured elbow muscles and tendons. It relieves pains resulting from tennis elbow and golfer elbow. The buckles and velcro closures at both ends of the straps allows for custom adjustment of tightness based on individual needs, and provides comfortable fit and best pressing effect. Moderate pressure can mitigate stress imposed on muscles for activities requiring repetitive forearm activities, such as playing tennis, golf, bowling, gardening, rowing and fishing. To use, wrap the LW elbow brace around the forearm so that the compression pad rests on the impacted area on the forearm. Thread the band through the buckles and fasten with the hook and loop closure to a comfortable fit. To clean, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, and air dry.
