RETURNS/REFUND AND DELIVERY POLICY

We endeavour to maintain customer satisfaction.  In the unfortunate circumstances if you are not happy with goods, we have a 7 day returns policy, please contact us only through Ebay giving the reason for return and we will process your exchange or refund.  Item should be unopened and in its original packaging. postage and packaging is not refunded.

If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us through ebay messages, we will pursue this with couriers, you may need to send photos of the damage. Once issue is resolved we will either replace the item or give you a refund.

If goods are damaged or not as described please contact us through Ebay messages for full instructions before sending item.

We aim to post items within 1-2 days of receiving payment excluding bank holidays. Extra Postage Charge might apply to orders sent to certain areas

If you do not receive your item within 14 working days.  Please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any postage issues. We aim to solve our customer queries as soon as possible.

Return postage is buyer’s responsibility unless item is damaged or not as described. Please ensure Ebay ID is on any return, without this we are unable to process refund or exchange.
