to increase induction efficiency, and increase horsepower on racing engines.

Particularly Helpful when removing the stock airbox 

to create the vacuum necessary for good carb tuning and performance.

Shorter length stacks are going to be better suited for top end power, 

while longer will have better low RPM power.
