Kimsgourmetshop is a small family owned company. We are open 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) and our products are continually being sold and replenished, so they are always fresh.  All items are in stock and will ship within (24) hours of payment; our shipping days are Monday through Fridays unless special arrangements are made in advance. 

Chocolate will be shipped on a Monday’s in the warmer months and we will pack them extra to stay cool. Although we make every effort to pack from melting we will not be responsible if melted. 

Depending, when you order our seasoned nuts, they may take an extra day due to the fact they are purchased FRESH and seasoned FRESH. Thank you for your consideration.  

Most shipments will be received within two business days (Monday – Friday).  We understand when you buy candy or snacks you want them as soon as you can get them, but we are at the kindness of the Post Office. 

All products are put in one box whenever possible, and the shipping charges are based on total weight and distance shipped.  We charge you what the shippers charge us.  We do not treat each item as an individual package.
