The Camlock coupling or 'Cam connector' is a quick, easy fit coupling. Each fitting comprises of either a male or female end, which will easily fit inside the opposite coupling. The male end is called the 'Adaptor' and the female end is called the 'Coupler'. Any adaptors of one size will fit inside a coupler of the same size.
These couplings are ideal in situations where a fast connection needs to be made, as all you need to do is fit them together and close the arms down on either side which holds the two fittings together.
Due to their secure design and ease of use, these couplings can be found in multiple industries, including Dry Powder, Liquid and Agri-food; but are also commonly found being used for more simpler purposes, such as garden hoses!

Delivery

1. World wide shipping, please enquire via eBay
2. Orders processed within 2-24 hours of payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
5. Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
6. If you have not received your shipment within 15 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
7. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

Returns

1. You have 30 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 30 days, it is considered used and we will not issue a return or replacement. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.
3. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item if its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
4. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer, if we dispatched the wrong product return shipping is covered by the Seller.

Payment

1. We accept payment via PAYPAL or Credit / Debit Card.
2. Payment must be made within 4 days of auction closing.
Non-payment may result in a UPI (Unpaid Item) being put on your account. eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's total.
3. Total amount due includes the final auction price plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).
4. S&H will be determined based upon the SHIP TO address.
Please note Shipping & Handling doesn't include any other import duties / taxes that may occur in your region.
5. Please list your special requests (colour, packages, etc.) in the PayPal notes section when you make payment.
6. We have the ability to offer Business customers the option to open a 30 day term account, please apply via eBay.

We have 2 types of pricing and its quite simple.
1) Full Box orders: To get this pricing customers must order a minimum of 1 full quantity box.
1) Special: Many customers require special conditions, which as a company we try and attend to.

First transaction is pro-forma, then we can open a 30 day term account (subject to credit check).
