STORE POLICIES

• PAYMENTS: We only accept PayPal, however if you do not have a PayPal account eBay will allow you to pay with any major credit card. If payment is not received within 10 days the item will be re-listed and we will be forced to report to eBay so we can get the FINAL VALUE FEE credited back to our account.

• DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All items won/purchased will be shipped within 1 business day using USPS. Tracking information for your item will be uploaded automatically through eBay the same day your label is printed out.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Nickels-n-Diamonds only uses the eBay Global Shipping Program. You will be responsible for all duties/tariffs and taxes. USPS will insure any packages that are valued over $100.00 at no extra cost.

• RETURNS: Returns ARE accepted within the 14 days grace period, however, returns are only accepted if item is not as described. If the item is in NEW CONDITION, it must be returned in the exact same condition. Per eBay, customer is responsible for the price of return shipping.

• CONDITION: We do not use a scale or number system to rate the condition of our items. What you consider GOOD condition, we may consider GREAT condition. Please look at all the photos and ask questions. We strive to take pictures from every possible angle. We do NOT hide any blemishes, we try to emphasize them.
