Service Description

  • Factory unlock code for Sony Xperia models on all UK & Ireland networks. Please do not purchase if your phone is on networks from other countries.
  • Duration: 3 - 10 business days (weekends/holidays not included)
  • Supported models: All Sony Xperia models
  • Supported IMEI: All IMEIs
    • If your phone is blocked / blacklisted, you can only use it abroad even after it is unlocked
  • The unlock code(s) that you will receive is(are):
    • Network code (NCK)
    • Android version 4.1.2 is not supported. Please either upgrade or downgrade your phone prior to the purchase if you are on 4.1.2.
    • If you have rooted / customized your phone, please factory reset it prior to the purchase.

    Instructions

    1. Please make sure your phone is eligible for the service before you place the order:
      • Your phone is locked to a particular network from the UK or Ireland.
      • Your phone is asking for the network unlock code when an unsupported SIM is inserted.
      • Your phone has at least 4 attempts left to enter the unlock code. This is very important, as the unlock code will never work on hardlocked phones that are left with 0 / 'unlimited' attempt. A complete instruction to check the number of attempts left is written on the Terms & Conditions section.
      • You are aware that blocked / blacklisted phone can only be used abroad even after it is unlocked.
      • Make sure that you agree to the time frame / terms and conditions.

    2. After you place the order, please provide us your phone model, 15-digit IMEI & number of attempts left during check out or via eBay message.
      • Please obtain the IMEI by dialing *#06#.
      • If the number of attempts left is not mentioned, then no refund will be given even if there is a code error.

    3. The time frame for this service is 3-10 business days. Please allow up to 12 business days, just in case the server undergoes maintenance, or when there is a delay due to a large quantity of orders being processed. Please make sure that you agree to this particular time frame before placing the order.

    4. You will receive one of the following results from us:
      • If there is a code for your IMEI, we will send it to you, along with the instructions.
      • If no code is found for your IMEI, we will refund you straight without delay and sometimes recommend you an alternative service. Please do not leave us a neutral or negative feedback if that happens, as it is out of our control.

    5. Please only try the unlock code that we gave you very carefully for once. Contact us immediately if it does not work. We will not be responsible if you exhaust your attempts.

    Terms & Conditions

    Please read our terms and conditions below carefully before you purchase this service, as you are abide to the terms once you place the order. We urge you NOT to place any order if you are unable or unwilling to comply to any of the terms stated.


    1. Strictly no cancellation is allowed once order is placed.
      • Please make sure that you agree to the time frame stated on our service description.

    2. Refund will be provided if there is no code found for your IMEI.
      • This is normally due to the fact that your IMEI is too new / the database does not have a code / the network is not releasing the code.
      • Please do not leave us a neutral / negative feedback, as it is out of our control.

    3. No refund will be provided if your phone is hardlocked (left with 0 attempt / has 'unlimited' attempts).
      • The unlock code will never work on hardlocked phones.
      • To check the number of attempts left:
        • Switch on your phone without any SIM inserted and dial *#*#7378423#*#*
        • Select Service Info > SIM Lock.
        • Look for [x].
        • If [x] is beside Network and it is not 0, then you can unlock it using unlock code.
        • If [x] is beside Network and it is 0, then it means that your phone is hardlocked.
        • Please make sure that [x] is at least 4 before you purchase the service.

    4. No refund will be provided if your phone is not locked.
      • Test by inserting an unsupported SIM. It should prompt you for the unlock code if it is locked.
      • You can also test by using the method above.
        • [x] beside Network means that it is locked.
        • [ ] beside Network means that it is unlocked.
        • Please do not purchase if you see [o] beside Network.

    5. No refund will be provided if your phone is not asking for the network unlock code.
      • You won't be able to enter the unlock code we have for you.

    6. No refund will be provided if you provide us the wrong 15-digit IMEI.

    7. Our unlock codes work most of the time. If you claim that our service does not work, kindly contact us first and we will provide you a list of troubleshooting methods. If they still don't work, then a Youtube video proof is strictly required. Kindly refer to our refund policy section for more details.

    Refund Policy

    1. No refund will be given for the following events:
      • You have provided us the wrong IMEI.
      • Your phone is not locked / asking for the network unlock code.
      • Your phone is hardlocked (0 attempt / has 'unlimited' atttempt) prior to your purchase.
      • You did not mention the number of attempts left after you place the order.
      • You are unable or unwilling to provide a video proof when you claim that our service does not work.

    2. Refund will be given for the following events:
      • No code is found for your IMEI.
      • The unlocking server is down or has any issue.
      • A video proof is provided when you claim that our service does not work.

    3.  If you claim that our service does not work even after trying out all our troubleshooting methods, then you will need to provide us a Youtube video proof consisting the following details in a single video:
      • The 15-digit IMEI of the phone (by dialing *#06#).
      • The number of attempts left.
      • The entire unlocking process.
      • The phone displaying the 'Network Unlock Request Unsuccessful' message.
