This bellows lenshood fit all Mamiya 645 PRO TL, 645 PRO, 645 SUPER, M645, M645J, M645 1000s, and all 645 AF, AFD, AFD II, AFD III, DF, DF+, Phase One bodies, or the ZD digital body.  This bellows lenshood makes it possible to cut out problem causing light while viewing the result through the viewfinder.  It allows insertion of a 3 inch gelatin filter as well.   Brand new, comes with 58mm and 67mm ring attachments, lens mask, instruction manual, and all in box.
