  • Since majority of our hats are handmade, their sizes can vary slightly from the listed sizes. We stock "Hat Size Reducer Tape" which can be used to reduce the size up to 1cm for a perfect fit. You can purchase these separately from our store.

Shipping

We Ship Worldwide.

For all UK orders, we ship free of charge using Royal Mail 48. For faster deliveries within UK, you can also select next working day delivery option for an additional cost. For next working day deliveries within UK we use Royal Mail 24.

We aim to ship orders placed and paid for by 12:00 Mon - Fri the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change a delivery address.

For all  parcels that are returned to us as not called for because of wrong address, or no one was found, or buyer unable to contact the local post office, we will only refund the price of the products excluding postage. To arrange a second delivery, buyer has to pay the shipping even on listings where we offer free postage which is only for the first delivery.

Payment

Payment must be received within 3 days of purchases. Goods cannot be sent until funds have cleared.
We have the right to sell the item(s) if it is not settled 7 days after your commitment to purchase has elapsed.
We also report all unpaid orders.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchased, provided it is returned in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.
The Item must be unused and unworn and have all original tags and labels attached. For obvious hygiene reasons, all undergarments (pants, boxers, tights, leggings) are non-returnable. Please enclose a note with the returning item stating your eBay user ID and reason for return.
Refunds are made for the original purchase price only. The buyer pays for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the reason for return is attributable to us, which does not include items that do not fit.
We recommend you use a trackable postal service which insures you for the value of the package.
