Brass develops a mature and mellow patina over time. Many people love this traditional look, but if you feel the brass is getting dirty then you can clean your drawer pulls with lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush or cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials as they can scratch the surface of the brass. Ketchup and brown sauce make surprisingly good brass cleaner, but for a more radiant sheen, use a good quality brass polish. The chrome handles just need a wipe with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water.
