Shipping:
We mainly use Australia Post for delivery.
Items will be shipped within 24 business hours once payment is received. Customers opting for Express Post
will have their items sent same day by Australia Post's Express network if payment is received before 11am.
Estimated shipping times for normal postage may differ according to location.
It generally will arrive between 2-7 business days. Next day delivery is not guaranteed for Express Post.

A tracking number will be provided for all sent parcels with value over $50.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the item only under the following conditions:
-item is faulty or damaged
-item is not as described
All returns can either be exchanged for another item or have the full amount minus shipping cost refunded to you.
Some items are not eligible for exchange or return. These items will be clearly marked on the description.
No returns are accepted where customer has changed their mind.
If an exchange of size is needed please contact us and we may have a different size for you. If this is the case
customer will pay for return postage and we will cover the exchange dispatch. Please note that exchanges for sizes are
offered only ONCE and all returned items should be in the same condition as received.
