·         🌱They are ethically made. They are handmade by us with care and attention. You are paying directly to the people who made them and supporting an eco friendly small family business.

·        🌱Most of the fabrics we use are recycled. They are excess fabrics that would otherwise be thrown away and end up in the landfills. We buy them out and turn them into the pillows our clients love.

·         🌱The filling of our pillows is 100% natural (dried Bulgarian lavender and linseed). No synthetic oils. We buy our natural ingredients directly from local Bulgarian farmers.

🌱We send our packages with Priority mail.

🌱Only bigger orders have tracking numbers. If you have questions about tracking, contact us.

🌱We will use your exact (copy-pasted) eBay address to ship your order so please make sure it's correct.

🌱Our dispatch time depends on the size of your order since all pillows are made to order. It usually takes a couple of days. If dispatch time is important to you, please contact us.

Shipping time takes 1-5 weeks depending on your country

·         🌱Canada – 4-5 weeks, sometimes even 6.

·         🌱Australia – 3-4 weeks

·         🌱UK, Norway & other European countries – 1-2 weeks

🌱Payments🌱

We accept only PayPal payments at the moment.

🌱Returns, refunds, cancellations🌱

·        🌱If you need to cancel an order, write us a message as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are accepted up to 12 hours after ordering. If you request a cancellation after that, we will cancel your order only if it’s not shipped. If it’s shipped, you would have to return it before receiving a refund.

·         🌱If you want to return a package, first contact us. Don’t open it, go the post office and deny receiving it. Otherwise you would have to pay for shipping.

·         🌱We offer refunds in cases of damaged products in the mail, cancellations and returns.
