All UK items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd or 1st Class Delivery, depending on the option you choose. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class items within 2-3 working days and 1st class items within 1-2 working days but this is not always guaranteed. There is always a possibility of delays to delivery beyond my control.

Returns Policy
I hope you are very happy with your purchase and aim to describe and show the item as best and accurately as I can, however I offer a 14 days refund guarantee that in the rare event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
I would kindly ask that you contact me within 14 days of receipt confirming the reason for return and I will provide return instructions. The item must be returned in a saleable condition in its original packaging and in the condition it was sent to you eg. item not used and packaging not damaged in order to receive a refund. A refund will be given via the original method of payment on receipt of the returned item in a re-saleable condition.I regret I do not refund any postage fees unless the item is faulty. I am also unable to accept returns on earrings and belly bars for health and safety reasons.
Please ensure all items are returned in protective packaging and that you obtain proof of postage as I regret I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post when being returned to myself proof of postage will enable you to make a claim for any items that may be lost via Royal Mail when returning the item.

Payment
For UK buyers I accept payment via Paypal, personal cheque and postal orders. Personal cheques and postal orders - GBP / Stirling only. Please note items paid for via personal cheque / eCheque will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. This takes between 3-7 days, sometimes longer for e/Cheques.
Please ensure payment is made within 5 days of purchasing the item. If this is not possible please contact me to make alternative arrangements. The transaction will be cancelled if there is no payment within 5 days of purchase.
