A bit about bamboo

When you consider it, bamboo is a very logical choice of fibre for many items of clothing. As well as having excellent strength, shape stability, washability, colorfastness, shrink fastness and being exceptionally comfortable against the skin, bamboo fibre also boasts the following:

- Naturally bacteria inhibiting

- Particularly absorbent and breathable

- Grown and manufactured without the use of harsh insecticides, serious pollutants or land degradation.

It is only in relatively recent times that the technology was developed to separate and utilise bamboo fibre for  textiles. Thousands of years ago China introduced silk to the world – made from the thread of the silkworm. This was a mighty development and to this day silk is still one of the highest quality fabrics available. Now China, also with inputs of technology from the West, has shown the world a new kind of fabric, equally fantastic and revolutionary – Bamboo Textiles.

Availability

While every effort is made to ensure that our stock advertised online is up to date we sometimes will sell out of an item in store before we have a chance to adjust our available stock online. If you purchase an item which has sold out we can either refund your order or provide a substitute product of you’re choosing.

About Us

We are a Licensed Post Office and Newsagency located in Burnett Heads just outside of Bundaberg. Owned by Tyrone Podberscek the business is open seven days a week to service the Burnett Heads Community with a large selection of products ranging from the basic newspapers, magazines & lottery products to great gifts & speciality items such as bamboo products and reeves paint products.

Postage

Postage is now FREE on all orders to any address in Australia via Australia Post's Parcel Post Delivery Network. 

Express Post is also available for all items in our eBay store for an additional charge. If you would purchase multiple items from our eBay store and have them sent by express post them please click the 'request total from seller' button before you complete checkout so that we can ensure that you are not being overcharged for the express post service. 

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the following methods

PayPal, Bank Deposit/Direct Deposit, Australia Post Money Order, Personal Cheque (There may be a delay of up to 7 days while to cheque clears), Credit Card/Debit Card (by calling 07 4159 4800).

Returns , Refunds & Exchanges

This return policy will apply to all products sold by us unless stated otherwise in the individual item listing.

If you change you mind after purchasing an item from us you may return it to us for a refund or credit for the full value of the items less postage for us to send the item to you as well as the postage to return the item to us as long as the item is return in its ORIGINAL condition and is free of any damage.

If you receive an item which is not as descried in the listing or is different to what was ordered we will pay for the postage to replace the item as well as the postage for you to return the original item to us.

We will accept returns for electronic items which fail within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as we are notified of the serial number/IMEI number of the device and a description of the fault within 30 days. Once we have been notified of the fault we can either provide a refund or a replacement. In either case we will pay all freight costs involved in the return/replacement of the item.
