Postage
♦ All domestic items are sent out Royal Mail 2nd Class unless specified.
(could send 1st class if necessary)
♦ International items are sent Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For and a signature is required on delivery
♦ On purchase of more than 1 pair the subsequent pairs are dispatched at a 50% discount in postage.
♦ Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment and delivered within 5 working days (normally it takes up to 3 working days for 2nd class parcel to arrive ). Please take into account that this does not include Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns & Refunds
♦ Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 14 days of receipt
♦ Faulty items will receive a full refund or replacement as appropriate plus a refund of all postage costs.
♦ We also accept returns for any other reason but postage costs will not be refunded if required and an exchange sent out will be subjected to a postage fee.We are however happy to send it out at a 50% discount of the original postage.
♦ Items must be in an unworn condition with all tags attached in condition as sent. Please ensure that boxes are not crushed . A refund or replacement will be issued only once we have received and inspected the goods.
