Dear Buyers, before committing to buy, please understand that the delivery dates provided on Ebay are not guaranteed dates. This is the date provided by Royal Mail and is out of our control.

Once an item is dispatched, we rely on Royal Mail to do their bit.

If your order is not with you on the estimated date, please be patient as delays sometimes occur.

Once in a blue moon, orders do go missing in transit.  This is rare but sadly does sometimes happen.

If after the seventh working day, you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will look in to it for you.

Second class post can take between 3-5 days if there are no delays

Fist class post can take between 1-2 days if there are no delays

Most of our orders are delivered on time. However, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered on the estimated dates provided on the Ebay site.

We can only guarantee delivery on a specified date if you opt for the special delivery during checkout. This is more expensive but is the price Royal Mail charge.  We do not gain from this financially.

At Merchants Emporium we always look after our customers. So if there are any issues, we always resolve them.
