Q: How should I care for my garment?
A: Fruit Of The Loom recommends washing kids/ladies garments at a maximum of 40°. Mens t-shirts can be washed up to 60° celcius due to differing material. Garments should be ironed on a medium heat and tumble dried on a low heat. Dry cleaning and bleaching the item will result in damage to the material.
Q: Can I exchange or return my item?
A: If for any reason you would like to return an item we offer returns of up to 14 days of initial purchase as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging. Buyer must pay postage. If you would like to change your item for a different size then please message us and this can be easily arranged.
Q: Can you customise an item?
A: yes, customisation is something that we can offer on most of our t-shirts. Normally names, texts and small additions/alterations can be easily acheived. Please do get in contact with us and let us know what you have in mind. Most small customisations are inclusive but larger adaptions may be subject to an additional charge.
Q: Do you post outside of the UK?
A: Yes, we can post internationally via the eBay Global shipping programme. Please Note: All international postage costs are quoted by eBay who recieve all funds charged for delivery. We do not recieve any international delivery funds. We can post to the following countries :
Q: Can I change my order?
A: If you have placed an order and would like to change a size, colour, personalisation or design option this can be done by contacting us. We would kindly ask you to let us know ASAP as frequently items are dispatched shortly after they have been placed. If you have ordered the wrong item then you can request to cancel the item and the new order can be placed.
Q: My item has not arrived, where is it?
A: Items normally arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch. If you have not recieved your item yet then it likely that it has been delayed in processing at the Post Office or transit. In the unlikely event that you have not received your item after 5 days then please do get in contact with us and we can find out where your item is and arrange a swift resolution.
Q: I am not happy with my item?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via an eBay Message and we will do all we can to resolve any issues right away.
