Returns:
* If the item is found unacceptable quality problem once receiving, please contact me immediately, and send it back to me within 14 days after you receive. I will replace one which is in good condition for you. (Note: Returned item without notice in advance would be not acceptable. Also it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the item in good packing condition before sending it back, and I refuse the replacement if the buyer disassemble without permission or scratch the case of the item.)
* One year warranty. Any problem caused by product quality, I could provide factory guarantee for repairment without charge.
* For damaged item caused by improper use (such as item case breaks or scratches, electronic parts immerse in liquid, etc.), I could also provide aftersales service, but it would be charged, the cost depends on the actual situtation. If the device is damaged by improper use, and it could not be repaired or it is not economical to be repaired, you could buy it separately, but need to contact me in advance, so I could check with the supplier for stock situation, also for the cost.
* The shipping charge of the returned item would be paid by the buyer, and the shipping charge of the replacement or repaired item would be paid by the seller. (Note: The shipping cost of repaired item which was damaged by improper use should be paid by the buyer.)
* If the item is returned to sender due to UNCLAIM problem on buyer side, the buyer needs to pay extra resend shipping cost first if asking the seller to send the item again. |
