Here we have M4 x 70mm (as measured from under the head)  Stainless Phillips Screws for your rear tail-light housing.  These are the ones that always end up rounding and being a pig to get out.  Replace those old rusty ones with some bright and shiny new ones! These ones are a lot stronger than the originals. Used on many Italian bikes in the 1960's and 1970's.
