Postage & Packaging Cost
- P&P
cost includes stamps, envelope, other packaging materials, packaging
work, handling fees, and other associated costs relating to the
sending out of the item to you.
- To avoid
disappointment or after-sale complaint, please make sure you agree
on our P&P pricing before bidding.
Combining P&P for multiple items:
- Discount is available for
purchasing multiple items.
- Discount rate: please look
at the P&P of each auction.
- We reserve the right to
give more discount.
Insurance and Trust
- By buying our item, it
means you trust us. We will 100% send out the item. Please do not
question whether we have sent out the item.
- For buyer who has a mindset of
'hey seller, I don't believe that you have sent out my item', we STRONGLY
RECOMMEND that you choose either Recorded delivery (UK buyer) or
International Signed-For (International Buyer).
- For peace of mind, we also
recommend all buyers to choose Recorded delivery or International
Signed-For.

Refund / Return Policy
- Refund is allowed as long
as you inform us your intention within 7 days of item arrival.
- You have to send the item
back to us in its actual new condition and in resalable condition.
- On the return of the item,
refund will be issued subject to the deduction of costs that we have
incurred such as ebay fees, paypal fees, P&P.
- Please do not use or remove
the packaging of the item. This will affect your right of refund.

Product Warranty / Guarantee
- Original / Genuine product
will carry a 30-days warranty. Item that has become faulty during
this period can be exchanged / replaced. After the 30 days period,
any exchange is subject to our discretion.
- Generic / Non-Original
product will carry no warranty. Any manufacturing fault has to be
reported within 7 days of item arrival and it can be exchanged /
replaced. After the 7 days period, any exchange is subject to our
discretion.
- If the item is physically
broken on arrival, please report it to us immediately. If you take
longer time to report the physically broken item, we may draw a
conclusion that the item is broken during usage.
Exchange Procedure:
- When you seek replacement
or exchange, please return the item back to us first. We will then
send you a new item.

Delivery Address
- Please make sure you have
provided us with the correct and full address.
- Please do not send
separate email asking us to send the item to a different address
than that shown at eBay/Paypal system. We will not entertain it.
- If you want us to send the
item to a different address, please change the address at eBay and
Paypal manually yourself.
- RECOMMENDATION: We
recommend that you double check your delivery address before and after payment
and make sure it's full and correct. This is because we occasionally
receive complaint from buyer about missing postcode number or
missing house number or missing street name.
