The black oxide flat head phillips, machine screws  and nickel nuts  with star washers attached are sold separately.. You need  24 of both for mounting the speaker  to the tone ring and tone ring to cabinet (48 pcs) .49 for ea.set  So 24 x .49 = 11.76  no  extra shipping if bought  at the same time as the tone ring..
