We only sell Official items and all items are sourced direct from the company or its official partners.

Item Packaging
We aim to package all orders in the way in which we would expect to receive them. Even UK deliveries go through a vast network to arrive in your possession, let alone deliveries to the other side of the world.
We use new Padded Jiffy Envelopes, Cardboard Boxes or Mailers to send out all of our products. This helps to try and protect them through the postal system and assist them arriving with you in the best possible condition.
We do not differentiate between "collectors" and "non-collectors" we want everybody's item to arrive in the best condition possible.

Payment
Ways to pay
In most cases, PayPal, Credit or Debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. You will see a choice of payment methods during checkout.
International Customers
If you choose to purchase an item from us, the final amount may differ in your local currency, you will see the exchange rate along with the order total in your local currency at checkout. You will also see the currency you used in the order details in your confirmation email.
Import and Customs Charges
eBay calculate and collect any customs and/or duty fees ahead of time, we cannot change or influence the amount.
Shipping / Delivery
Shipping.
All items normally ship within 24 hours, with the majority of items - if ordered before midday will ship the same day ( excluding busy periods )
Other exclusions may include
Items that require additional packaging to preserve conditionPre-Order or Back order items, the estimated delivery date will be noted in the item description. This supersedes the eBay estimated delivery.
In both cases the item(s) will ship at the soonest opportunity.
Delivery
UK Customers
We used Royal Mail to deliver your items, most items ship via Royal Mail Tracked24 and almost all shipments arrive the next day.
You will receive a tracking number via the eBay messaging service and should be able to track your shipment from 5pm on the day of dispatch or the following day.
International Customers
We use the eBay Global Shipping Program for all non UK shipments.
The shipment is in 2 parts. The Domestic and the International Parts. eBay calculate and charge you for the International Part of the journey. We do not charge you for this and we cannot change or influence the price or transit time.
Process
We will ship your item to the Global Shipping Centre as per the details above in the UK Customers section.
You may see a delivery scan or confirmation that the item has been delivered within a couple of days. That is the when the item arrives at eBay's Global Shipping Centre, Once processed they will then ship from there to your destination. You will receive a second tracking number for that part of the journey.
Customs & Duty
eBay calculate and collect any customs and/or duty fees ahead of time, we cannot change or influence that.
The customs clearance time is handled upon arrival in your country, these times can vary and sometimes there are delays that are not noted on the tracking but once the item has cleared it will be in transit to you.
Authenticity
General
We occasionally get asked if our products are Genuine/Official/Authentic. We only sell 100% Genuine Official Authentic Products supplied directly from the company or their licensed partners or from the performer themselves on occasion.
There is not any instance when an item would not be an official product.
Autographs
As mentioned above, every single Autograph or Signed item will have been received either from the company or performer directly , thus providing a guarantee of the authenticity of the item.
We state in the listing of the product if it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, The majority of signed photos are packaged with a COA or a QR Sticker to view the online / printable COA. Below we will provide details on the types of COA,
JSA
One of the world's most recognizable authenticators, The JSA certified item will either have been signed and witnessed in person by a JSA team member or will have been sent to their world class facility for examination.
It will come with a numbered tamper proof bubble sticker which you can search on their database for confirmation and comes with a separate card with the matching number with details on how to check the database.
Highspots
The world's number one source for Pro Wrestling autographs, we are proud to partner Highspots in bringing such an extensive amount of Autographs to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world! Highspots host weekly signings with some of the biggest names past and present in the wrestling business.
Highspots COA's contain a photo of the talent(s) signing or posing with all of the different items they signed at the time.
The COA's are either physically printed and included in the toploader or contain a QR code sticker on the product which brings up the electronic COA's which is stored online or can be downloaded for printing
PSA/DNA
PSA is the largest and most trusted autograph authentication service in the world. The certified autograph can be verified publicly using their online Certification Verification webpage
Their certified items are marked with invisible ink that contains a synthetic DNA sequence specific to PSA. A certification sticker bearing an alphanumeric serial number is also provided.
Third Party
From time to time we will have items from a different company or authenticator, details on how to verify the autograph will normally be included on the listing or on the certificate included
Autographs Condition , Placement and Appearance
On the item description, you will see "Please note Autograph and position may Vary" what does that mean?
It means that often when talent are signing many many pieces (even if it is the same picture) that the pen pressure, autograph position and angle they are signing may create a different look for each piece.
Returns
Standard Returns PolicyPlease contact us before opening a return so we can create a case on our system, this will help to streamline the process upon arrival.
The standard returns policy is as follows, please take extra note of the required condition for a return to be accepted, despite this being very clear, people still seem to return items with hairs and marks on them.
"Please note the following details about the return
The items must be completely unworn and unused, they must be in EXACTLY the same condition as they were sent to you, failure to return them in this condition or if they are judged to have been worn in anyway then the items will be returned to you at your expense (we will hold for 10 days before destroying should this not be paid)
If the item, has been either stretched, worn, washed or comes back with hairs on it/odor - i.e smoke / cigarette smell the return will be rejected.We require full packaging to accept a return. I.e WWE Barcoded cello bag or packing bag and this must be in good condition.
The address to return will be supplied by eBay during the returns process.
We are sorry to impose such stringent requirements but the number of returns that come back in an unacceptable condition is becoming a huge problem"
