I've never opened the package or never attempted to adjust anything . It is new in Original package . The back of the package says TOOTSIETOY , CHICACO ILLINOIS 60624 ACCESSORIES MADE IN HONG KONG / 1969 MADE & PRINTED IN U.S.A.  The package is about 6.75 inches long , 4 inches wide and a bit over 1 inch deep . The POWER SHOVEL is about 2 inches long and 1.5 inches tall .  I measure outside the package . I'm taking pictures with all angles possible .
