  • Network unlock code for Samsung devices locked to any UK / Ireland network.

  • Duration: 1 - 3 business hours (for orders before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Orders after 3.30pm / on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day)

Instructions
  1. Agree with the time frame.

  2. Send us your 15-digit IMEI (which you can get by dialing *#06#) during check out or via eBay message, after you place the order.

  3. The time frame for 1-3 business hours for orders before 3.30pm, Monday - Friday. Order placed after that will be processed and ready the next business day.

  4. If there is code available, we will then send it to you along with the instructions.

  5. If there is no code found, full refund will then be provided.
Terms & conditions
  1. Strictly no cancellation is allowed once order is placed.

  2. No refund will be provided if you provide us the wrong 15-digit IMEI.

  3. No refund will be provided if your phone is not asking for the code.

  4. If the code does not work, kindly contact us first and we will provide you a list of troubleshooting methods. If they still don't work, then a video proof is required.
F.A.Q.
  1. My phone is showing this message "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK". Can it be unlocked?
    • Yes it can. You will need the MCK / Defreeze code to unlock it, which we do provide as well.

  2. My phone is not asking for any code. Can I use your service?
    • We will need you to make sure that your phone is asking for the code. Kindly reset the phone and try out a different work SIM and see if it asks for the code now. 

  3. My phone is a dual sim phone. Do I provide you both IMEIs?
    • We need only the first IMEI. And you only need to purchase this service once :)
