  Full refund is offered when buyer is not satisfied , item need to be posted back at the condition was sold.
When items are not posted back at the condition were sold or anything more, box and item are inspected by the local police station and a report is filed for violation of the international electronic trade.the report ,after been translated , is been notify to the authorities(ebay-paypal) and the police station its self makes an international report on buyers name.This procedure is been followed twice in the past and finally money stay on me.
