Norwegian Seaweed meal is made from the brown seaweed ascophyllum nodosum. It is sustainably harvested from the protected, pristine waters of the North Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Norway. It is then dried and crushed into a meal that is rich in nutrients containing most macro and trace minerals required for health and vitality. Norwegian Seaweed Meal contains over 50 essential trace elements, including polysaccharides, 18 amino acids, proteins, organic acids and 14 essential vitamins including vitamin K, folate and niacin. It’s also rich in iodine.
