Most orders placed before 2PM usually ship same business day

Shipping services within the UK:
For the majority of Mainland UK, Delivery is Next business day for orders placed before 2.00pm.
Smaller items sent via Royal Mail can be sent pre 9.00am or pre 1.00pm.

All cheques and postal orders are to be made payable to I.T.C. Ltd.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (except Amex).

Once you have placed your order please call our sales line on 03333 222 200 and a member of our sales team will take your payment details. Please advise us of your username, item number purchased and also your telephone number

Your order will not ship until payment has been approved by our Accounts Department. If they are having difficulty in confirming the card used is registered to the address you have supplied they may request a form of identification to be faxed to us

Your delivery address must be the same as it appears on the statement for the payment card used.

We are unable to ship to a different address to that of the cardholder address!! These guidelines are set out by us as a protection policy for our customer's.

We are registered for VAT (No. xxx 0132 51) and will provide a full VAT invoice with your item. As we are a legally registered company, you are further protected as all transactions are conducted in accordance with English Law. This includes the Distance Selling Regulation, which requires you to inform us within 7 days if you wish to cancel applicable contracts.
