Returns Policy:- - Buyers may return their Goods if defective, or don't match the description provided, within 7 days of the items receipt. Contact us and provide a) a full description of the problem, and b) an image of the item clearly indicating the problem. It may be that we can resolve the problem without a return being required.
- If the Goods are to be returned we will issue a Returns Advice. Goods must be returned unopened in its original packaging and without any damage not the result of manufacturing faults. Goods returned without the advice will not be accepted.
- Return postage and any associated costs are the Buyers responsibility.
- We will endeavor to process your return within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.
- Please Note - We do not accept returns because a buyer has changed their mind or chosen the wrong item.
- On receipt of a package from us you should inspect the package closely before opening it. If damage to the packaging is apparent you should refuse delivery and have the package returned to us by the responsible carrier. On return from the carrier, we will reship the goods to you, at no cost to you. Packages that, in our exclusive opinion, appear to have been opened prior to return will be deemed to have been interfered with, any claim fraudulent, and no returns will be recognized.
