Delivery Information:

Delivery time is 2-3 Working days approximately.

You must notify us within 24 hours of any damage or shortages, or your claim may not be valid

When will my items arrive?

We work on one working day to dispatch the goods with delivery the following day. So if you order on Monday we send out the goods on Tuesday you will receive them on Wednesday between 07.30 and 17.30. Whilst we aim to get all goods dispatched as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates until the items have left our warehouse. Please try to avoid contacting us for delivery times, as we will not be able to provide you with a date ourselves.

How will my items be delivered?

Your delivery will be made via next day delivery service. They will not contact you to arrange your delivery, but deliver anywhere between 7.30am and 5.30pm. If nobody is there to sign for the item when it is delivered, a card will be placed through your door with contact numbers to either rearrange the delivery, or collect it from your local depot. Please make arrangements for someone to be at home on the delivery day.

Can I have my items delivered to any address?

We are only insured to deliver to your Confirmed PayPal Address.

Can I return items if I am unhappy with them?

Items can only be returned to us if they come back unopened and in their original packaging. If goods are returned and we receive them back damaged, or there is any evidence that the goods have been opened or unpacked, we will not be able to issue a refund. If you are returning goods to us, it is at your own cost to send them back and no refund will be given on the initial carriage costs. Please note, if you have received goods that are damaged, this needs to be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery and the goods need to be refused immediately. Goods that have been described as 'Sold as Seen' may not be returned.

Delivery Rates

Charges for delivery to the UK Mainland: Standard Rate as above. This covers most of the UK next day delivery between 8am and 5:30pm (subject to weather conditions) to the address confirmed by PayPal.

Additional Delivery Charges apply if delivery is required to the following remote areas of Scotland, Post Codes IV3-IV40, IV52–IV54, IV63. KW1–KW14. PA20-PA40. PH19-PH40, PH50, if delivery is required to UK Offshore Islands including Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man and if delivery is required to Northern Ireland.

Parcels will be dispatched on a next working day basis Monday-Friday, no Saturday delivery available without special arrangements.
