All orders will dispatched within the estimated dispatch time, please view this before ordering. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Majority of items are sent Royal Mail, which usually has a great service, but we cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail delays.
Express Delivery
If you need your item quicker than the estimated delivery dates, please do contact us PRIOR to ordering and we can let you know if this is going to be possible or not. However, if you add your item to your basket, there may be an express delivery option.
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, some of our stock is non returnable. This includes sets that may contain the following; knickers, thongs, hosiery (stockings, hold ups, tights) and personalised/custom made items.
