Once the payment is cleared, the item will be shipped the next available working day by Royal Mail Standard Small Packet service.

Refund Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return an item/s to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item before make a return request, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need.
Returned items must be arrived at our warehouse in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a copy of your invoice and a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back to us, we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
