All items are shipped from Taiwan.
There are two options for the shipping as below :
1.EMS Global Express Mail which requires 3~7 days for the delivery time.
(Expedited international shipping). It is safety and fast!
2.International Parcel with signed which requires 7~21 days for the delivery time.
(Economy international shipping)

South-America(10-20 days)
Australia(7-14 days)
Easten-Europe(10-20 days)
Westen-Europe(10-20 days)
Africa(12-20 days)
Asia(7-10 days)
The delivery may be taken longer due to custom delay, holidays and seasonal mail congestion. Therefore, please mail us first if you don't receive the item after 21 days.

When item received is broken. In this case, please mail us the damaged photo to our email and we will send the damage photo to the claim department and provide damage claim to you.
