This delightful Georgian Shop dolls house comes as a DIY kit with full instructions and step by step guide. It features a Georgian design large shop front with a wooden front door and 2 rooms/floors above. There are false door panels on each floor giving the impression of a bigger building and rooms behind. There are windows in both the side walls, as well as a dormer window in the attic room.  Shop door supplied pre hung with internal architrave supplied.

Made using high quality MDF boarding. 9mm thick for the main components of the house and 6mm thick for the back and roof. The house comes with stair treads and external doors and windows. Internal components are available on request and at an additional cost.
